It is never good to face any type of legal suit from any creditor. It is very important that the debtor do not allows the county court judgement to be entered in the credit report. To avoid this one can take certain steps like going to the court and dispute the judgement, or to go for out of court settlement. Because the judgements can be renewed, it is becoming very common for the creditors and the collection agencies to initiate the law and renew it before it expiration. It has been seen that many of the times that people often get discarded or have been declined for the car credit for the reason that he may not pay the lender.
