We all must be aware of the fact that CCJ (County Court Judgement) is the worst thing that a person can get. A CCJ occurs due to the non-payment of the debt taken by the debtor by some creditors. Upon the non-payment of the debt the creditors take some legal action by filing the CCJ against the debtor.
It is an unusual thing for the clients to receive the CCJ with racking up the mortgage arrears. This financial market is known as the adverse credit market but being the specialist market there various options for people which are having poor credit and with this poor credit they want remortgage. People in situation like this may want remortgage to pay off the mortgage arrears and also clear the CCJ.
There are lenders that consider the various aspects and have some scenarios that they follow. For instance there may be people that have many numbers of CCJs against them but are of fewer amounts, now there are some lenders that which consider the number of CCJs and ignore the amount and some lenders who may not care if the person has huge number of CCJs but they should be of small amounts as some lenders may ignore CCJs which are under £1000.
For the process of remortgage to get a little faster some lender’s do not require the proof of repayments and offer with minimal referencing. This speeding up process of the remortgage is very helpful to people who needs them. For some instances in which the person may have missed 1 or 2 mortgage payments in a year, they can be considered by the lenders as they would not be any problem with them. It depends on the circumstances of the person but there may be lenders that consider you even if you have a poor credit rating.
